1 brown onion- finely chopped (Supplied f
5 garlic cloves- minced
2 carrots- peeled and chopped
1 head of broccoli- chopped into smaller pieces
400g tin chopped tomatoes
1 jar of pasta sauce
2 cups Vegetable stock
Textured Vegetable protein ( see packet for instructions)
Optional: Nutritional yeast to sprinkle on top
