2. Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to delivery, via credit card or paypal on our secure website or over the phone. We also accept cash on delivery if prior arrangements have been made. Cheque is not accepted as a method of payment. We are happy to accept bank transfers, providing the payment in our account before the day of delivery, our bank details are available upon request. If no payment is made before delivery then your order may be cancelled.
3. Delivery & Handling Charges & Taxes
Delivery is free on all personal orders over $40. Any orders under $40 incur an $10 (inc GST) delivery fee, unless special consideration is made by us. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all delivery, handling charges & taxes as laid out below in these terms and conditions.
4. Refund Policy
Fresh Fruit Fast has a 100% satisfaction guarantee to you. If you are unhappy with a product or our service we will exchange or refund the value of the item or service. Our aim is to please and your feedback is welcome. To make a return, please inform us either by email or phone including a picture and your concern, within 24hrs of receiving it. ALL REFUNDS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
Orders can be cancelled 24hrs prior to your delivery or earlier. If you cancel within 24hrs or less of your delivery day a 50% charge of the total order will be incurred. The other 50% will be refunded back to the account you paid on.
5. Delivery Conditions
In order to purchase groceries from Fresh Fruit Fast, the delivery address which you nominate will need to be within a suburb where Fresh Fruit Fast provides delivery. Please ensure that your delivery address and suburb is correct.
Delivery days are seven days per week 10am-5pm depending on your location. Please order by 8pm prior to the day you would like your delivery. If you have difficulty placing the order by this time, please contact us and we will try and assist you.
Delivery times and arrival of your order will depend on your area. Once you place your order, we will email you your delivery day. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, changes could be made to the delivery schedule.
Fresh Fruit Fast accept that in the event of goods arriving damaged via our own transport, we will replace the goods free of charge or a credit will be issued on your next delivery.
6. Unattended deliveries
Fresh Fruit Fast cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in a designated area specified by you. We recommend that your delivery is brought inside and stored away correctly ASAP.
7. Refrigerated Products
Fresh Fruit Fast provides refrigerated items, which at the time of delivery will be at a temperature in accordance with Food Health & Safety standards. If you are not home at the time of delivery it is highly recommended that customers leave out an esky or cooler bag. Upon delivery, if the customer is not home, the refrigerated items will be left out with the rest of the customers order AT THE CUSTOMERS RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability
Fresh Fruit Fast maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the products. Fresh Fruit Fast will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.
